- Field Renaming on subscription form
'Provisioning Frequency' is now 'Provider Billing Frequency' - Active Billing Schedules Deactivation
When a subscription or billing contract is deactivated, all active billing schedules associated with them will be deleted - New warnings on Billing Contract and Subscription
When the 'Provider Billing frequency' on a subscription exceeds the 'Billing frequency' specified in the associated Billing Contract, system will now issue a warning. This enhancement is designed to notify users when their subscription is set to a higher billing frequency than what is specified in the Billing Contract.
Example Scenario:
For instance, if you have an annually paid subscription associated with a monthly paid billing contract, the system will generate a warning to alert you about this mismatch.
