Enhancements:
- The warning file during provider invoice sync now provides additional details for remediation of the warnings
- Added an additional check to verify that the recon file has data when syncing provider invoices from Microsoft
- Subscriptions attached to Do Nothing Providers will no longer trigger a job when changes are made. The License Change Log will simply default to "Not Applicable" for the provisioning status
Bug fixes:
- Fixed issue with exchange rate calculations when USD is not the base currency in CRM *
- Resolved an issue where Service Type for Azure resources was not syncing as part of the Azure usage import *
- Resolved an issue with Microsoft Partner Center v2 connector tokens expiring *

- Fixed an issue where Product Explorer -> Add subscription functionality would show co-termination options for ineligible product types such as Perpetual Licenses and Azure Reservations
- Fixed an error where Usage data would not display on a subscription if that subscription was not assigned to a billing contract
- Added missing permission (prvWriteTransactionCurrency) to the Work 365 Service security role
