Portal Invitation Template

This article provides the steps to customize your Self-Service Portal invitation template

Before sending invitations to customers, the URL link to your portal must be configured.

Add the portal URL to the Configuration settings in the Admin Hub.

Configure the Email templates, which will be used to send the communication to customers. To customize the ‘Portal Send Invitation’, See Work 365 on email templates for more details.

In the email template the invitation code will be embedded where the token is located.
