Features:
- Updates to provisioning of scheduled changes to align with the billing (the day of deactivation is charged) and to mitigate some issues associated with NCE renewal changes.
Scheduled creation, update and deactivation event will happen on specific time based on "Default Time Zone" or UTC if "Default Time Zone" is not configured in configuration.- Positive changes (quantity increments, activations, etc.) will take place at 12:05am on the scheduled date (time zone configured in Admin Hub).
- Negative changes (quantity decreases, deactivations, etc.) will take place at 11:30pm on the scheduled date (time zone configured in Admin Hub).
Note: Immediate positive & negative changes will work same as before.
- New field on Billing Contract called ‘Risk Rating.’
- New Work 365 Renewal for renewal management
