Improvements

  • Increase the size of the grids
  • Renamed 'Push to PSA' to 'PSA Integration'

  • New column called 'Billing Date' for Invoices view on Account Form
  • QRB on Subscription will consider Subscription Renewal cycle dates
  • Time management
    • The time log title will now display in the format {date: YYYYMMDD} - {Service} - {Resource}.
    • Quick Create forms have been enabled for all Time Management entities wherever applicable
    • Billing fields will no longer be locked on Time logs for Managers or Admins.
      If you have the "CS Manager of the Work 365 Admin" role, you will now see a billing tab on the time log form. Previously, some of the fields on this tab were disabled, but they have now been enabled, allowing managers and admins to make rate changes if needed.
    • Resource, Role, Task ,Category fields added on the column. They are not visible on the form but only on the views.

Issue Fixes

  • Time Management
    • The 'Resource' column filter on the Time Logs views has been fixed.
    • The Resource Role will now be auto-populated when creating a new time log entry from within a Service record.
    • Deactivated records will no longer appear in any lookup for the Time module in Work 365.
    • The issue with deleting roles, resources, and categories in the Work 365 Time module has been resolved.
  • SLCL not reflecting new prices updated on the Subscription for future.
