Improvement's

Azure Usage Data grids on Provider Invoice, Invoice and Usage Subscription are enhanced to allow sorting, filtering the usage data.
Removed 'Analytics' Tab from "Azure" section of Invoice
User can save the payment details while making payment via PayNow link on the Invoice

Calculation Based Subscription not showing in the Invoice preview and Missing Unit on the Invoice line item
