Automation
Work 365 provides two types of automation mechanisms. On-demand automation is achieved through Work 365 Jobs whereas scheduled automation is achieved through Scheduled Jobs. A brief comparison between both is provided below.

The Work 365 Jobs entity is available and can be leveraged to invoke functionality through Power Automate or other means. | No. While an overview of the Scheduled Jobs are available via the Admin Hub, partners are not able to make changes or manually invoke this automation. |
