This article will help you navigate and understand the features and options available on My Services page for the Customer Self Service Portal

Access Level Required

In order to access this page, you will need to have one of the following roles:

  • Work 365 Administrator
  • Work 365 Subscription Manager

Additional Notes

The information here is only visible to users that belong to an authenticated tenant, meaning that you will only be able to see the billing contracts for the company you are currently logged in to.

Overview

Here, you will be able to view the details of each contract, including the services included, billing frequency, commitment, and any associated costs. You can also manage your contracts by making changes, requesting cancellations, or adding new services. With this page, you will have everything you need to stay on top of your billing contracts and make sure that you are always getting the most out of your Work 365 experience.

Billing Contracts Dropdown

This dropdown allows you to filter and view your billing contracts based on their current status. By selecting "Active Billing Contracts," you will see all of your currently active contracts that have not been cancelled or expired. On the other hand, selecting "Inactive Billing Contracts" will display contracts that have been cancelled or have expired.

Add Service Button

This button allows you to create a new billing contract within Work 365. By clicking on this button, you will be taken to a form where you can enter the details of the contract, including the services included, billing frequency, and any associated costs. Once you have filled out the form, you can submit the contract, and it will be added to your list of billing contracts on the "My Services" page.

Billing Contract Description

This description is intended to give you a quick and easy-to-understand overview of the contract, allowing you to quickly identify and understand the services you are paying for. This can also be used to compare different billing contracts, making it easier to manage your services and costs.

Billing Contract Details

The list will be organized in a clear and easy-to-read format, making it simple to identify and understand the services you are currently paying for. Each service will be listed with its name, a brief description, and any associated costs. This feature gives you a clear and detailed overview of the services included in your billing contract, allowing you to manage your services more efficiently.
