Linked Subscription Provider is a special Provider

This provider can be used in scenarios where the quantity change on one subscription needs to update the quantity on another subscription. A typical scenario could be where is hotel chain that is managing certain subscritpions at the location level but the main subscriptionis provisioned at the parent level. Example 100 E3 Seats that are distributed over 5 locations. Modifying the quantity at the location level through a linked subscription will update the quanity at the parent level and provision the change in the provider.
