Resources

These are the users who fulfill the service and will enter the Time logs. Resources are first added as records on the left navigation bar.

It is recommended to not define a rate for a resource at this level.

Instead it is recommended to define the rate of a resource on a specific project Service. This is because resources may have different rates depending on the role assigned to them in a project.

Also note that when creating a resource it is recommended to add the user for that resource; however it is not required. This is because there may be users who do not have access to CRM where their time would need to be added. Thus one can add a resource without selecting a user.
