My Services - Purchase Services - SSP
This article will help you navigate and understand the features and options of My Purchase Services page on the Customer Self Service Portal
Access Level Required
In order to access this page, you will need to have one of the following roles:
- Work 365 Administrator
- Work365 Subscription Manager
- Work365 Finance Manager
Additional Notes
The information here is only visible to users that belong to an authenticated tenant, meaning that you will only be able to see the payment profiles for the company you are currently logged in to.
Overview
- This page allows customers to view and add new subscriptions easily.
- Steps to add subscriptions:
- Select a billing contract using the dropdown on the left side.
- Only products and price lists associated with the selected billing contract will appear.
- Use the filters to search for specific products.

How to Add a Subscription
- Click the "Buy" button next to the desired product.
- A popup will appear showing:
- Pricing information
- Billing Contract
- Product
- Commitment Term
- Currency
- Required Input fields:
- Quantity
- Effective start date

Only products that are configured with "Visible in Portal" will be available for purchase.
