Work 365 Portal Security Roles
Overview
The Work 365 Portal (DV/PV) supports a set of security roles that control user access to specific areas and functionalities within the portal. These roles help enforce appropriate access based on user responsibilities—ranging from subscription management to invoicing and system administration.

Work 365 Finance Manager | PV 2.0.0.6 DV 4.6.0.13 | This role has read/write access to the following Portal pages: -> Dashboard -> Products -> Purchase Services -> Agreements -> Invoice -> Payment Profile -> Azure |
Work 365 Internal User | PV 1.0.0.88 DV 4.6.0.35 | This role has access to the Company Impersonation feature on the Portal Users with this role will be able to see the ‘Switch Account’ option in the bottom left corner of the Portal Users with this role will be able to impersonate themselves as a user for any company (account) in CRM. Note: The role is strictly for debugging purposes and to be assigned to an Internal Users only (for debugging purposes). This role should never be assigned to actual portal users(customers). |
